Kelly O’Neill is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), who earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Western Michigan University in 2010 with an Honors Thesis Certification specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. After completion of her degree and experience at Croyden Avenue School, Kelly worked as a clinician at the ABLE Academy located in Naples, Florida. There, Kelly managed case developments, clinical classroom curriculums and behavior management systems, as well as provided direct therapy services for clients and social skills group therapy. In 2016, Kelly became a clinical supervisor and behavioral consultant at Confidence Connection Clinic and Dedham Public Schools in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition to providing case development and creating behavior intervention plans, her responsibilities also included conducting several parent training programs, supervising social skills therapy, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and redesigning the ASD Early Education Classrooms of Dedham Public Schools. During her time consulting in the school district, Kelly conducted several staff trainings to educators providing education and applied strategies of ABA and data collection in the classroom. Kelly also presented as a guest lecturer at Boston University shortly before relocating to Metro-Detroit, Michigan. Throughout her professional experience, she has worked with several children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as children with various cognitive and learning disabilities. Currently, she is continuing her education earning her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Kelly has been a clinician at A&C Behavioral Solutions since January 2018, and the Assistant Clinical Director since October, 2019. She is dedicated to promoting the progress and development of the clients she feels privileged to work with at A&C Behavioral Solutions.
Kubra Siddiqi, BA
Office Manager
Kubra Siddiqi graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology. She worked at Huda School & Montessori in Franklin, MI for three years before joining our team here at A & C Behavioral Solutions. Her love for children and their innocence has allowed her to have years of experience being a mentor and provide support, guidance, and entertainment to children and youth in her community. She served as a youth advisor and a Sunday school teacher at Tawheed Center in Farmington Hills, MI. Kubra also has experience in marketing and has designed several promotional flyers, brochures, business cards and booklets. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, catching up on TV shows, photography and learning new skills on Adobe Photoshop.
Kristi Rosser
HR Coordinator
Kristi Rosser is a Human Resource Coordinator/Behavior Therapist and is working on earning her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Henry Ford College. Kristi then plans to pursue her Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management. Kristi had over 5 years of experience working with adults and individuals with developmental disabilities in Indiana before moving to Michigan so her husband could pursue a career at Ford Motor Company. Kristi is passionate about helping others and in her free time she enjoys, reading, traveling, exercising and spending time with family.
Regina Wood
HR Assistant
Regina Wood graduated from Baker College earning a Bachelor of Health Services Administration degree minoring in Human Resource Management. Regina gained HR experience working as HR Generalist at Spectrum Human Services. Before pursuing an HR career, she worked as a certified nursing assistant for 5 years. She enjoys traveling to chess tournaments with her husband and children, spending time with her family and cooking.
Brooke Luckhardt, BS, CBIS
Admin Assistant
Brooke Luckhardt is a Behavior Therapist/Office Staff and earned her Bachelor of Applied Behavioral Science Degree through Ashford University in 2015. She is currently earning her Masters in Forensic Psychology through Walden University. Brooke has been a Certified Brain Injury Specialist since 2004 and has over twenty years of experience working with clients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI). She also works in the Concussion Clinic at APM&R in Ann Arbor that focuses in the acute treatment of concussions that occur in youth sports. Brooke is passionate about TBI prevention and is also the Sports Concussion Screener for her son’s ice hockey team. She enjoys spending her free time watching her son’s hockey games, reading, and just being with family.
Sundrea Boykin

Sundrea Boykin is currently an Admin Assistant at A&C Behavioral Solutions. Sundrea Graduated Ferris State University with her Integrative Studies Degree. She is attending Wayne State University for her Masters in Business Administration Degree. Sundrea finds the work she does very fulfilling and plan to continue her education in hopes of one day achieving her many career goals. Sundrea feels her position at A&C Behavioral Solutions allows her to work with some amazing professionals. It also allows her the opportunity to view and learn so much about the amazing work they do. In her spare time she is an avid reader of all different genres of literature and love writing poetry. Sundrea is always committed to using a good work ethic, organization, and good communication in her position.
Dawn Sage
Daycare Staff
Dawn is part of our daycare staff at A&C Behavioral Solutions. She is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 4. She has an extensive medical background and is a certified Health Care Provider. Dawn is also a fully trained Behavior Therapist. She completed all of her ABA training shortly after she joined our team at A&C Behavioral Solutions. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, kayaking and painting. She’s been certified with Wilton as an advanced gum paste and fondant cake decorator and also likes doing jello art and diamond painting. Dawn tries to enjoy every moment of every day!

Daycare Staff
Avery Varley graduated from Lakeland High with an outstanding GPA. She started out her career as a babysitter and moved to a daycare facility in Waterford Township, MI for 2 years. This gave her a few years of experience with leadership and teaching skills to use outside and to possibly grow from later in life. She then found her way to A & C Behavioral Solutions to learn new material. In Avery’s free time she likes to spend time with her sisters, significant other and mother. She likes to travel and find new ways to explore nature.
